  • Free Shipping:
    • Available on orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipping
Note: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for most items. Please note that due to the seasonal nature of some products, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure everyone has a safe and hygienic Halloween experience, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened novelty toys (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items (these will be marked at time of purchase)
